Heidi has over twenty years of recruitment and talent management experience working across a range of industry sectors with her areas of expertise which include executive, finance, HR, administration, marketing, and non-technical sales. She developed and delivers Embodied’s Outplacement and Career Transition programs for people affected by redundancies and takes great pride in ensuring the participant’s ongoing success in their chosen careers. Recruitment and Consulting is not a job to Heidi; it is her passion and as a hands-on Director, she leads from the front.

Glenn’s recruitment career spans over twenty years predominately building WA branches of local, national and multinational recruitment companies before joining Embodied in 2011. His astute business acumen, organisational restructuring, technical expertise, and strong industry knowledge across multiple sectors have ensured the ongoing success of Embodied and because of this, created the WA-owned and operated business we pride ourselves on being.

Coming from a strong background in solution-based sales, Joe has a passion for empowering his clients and candidates and prides himself on ensuring the correct cultural and skill fit with each placement. Working across multiple industry sectors, including facilities management, warehousing & logistics, technical sales, not-for-profit, and professional services, Joe’s passion is assisting SME’s and family-owned businesses grow by securing the right candidates in the right roles and living by our mantra that “close enough is not good enough”

Daughter of Heidi and Glenn and wife of Joe Norris and wonderful mother to Hudson and Parker, Nikita grew up surrounded by recruitment and it was only natural that Nikita would join the Embodied team as Office Administrator. Taking care of the all-important tasks of the administrative functions of the business, Nikita ensures the smooth running of day to day activities allowing the team to focus on their commitment to clients and candidates. Her dedication and ability to multi-task has proven invaluable to the ongoing success of Embodied.

Currently completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Economics, Hanna holds the vital role of ensuring all of Embodied’s marketing activities are performed to the highest level. The day-to-day marketing activities include website development and maintenance, company newsletter and EDM database management, social media management, internal branding of documents and marketing collateral, and assisting with the preparation of tenders and proposals.

Gail’s expert skills in all aspects of bookkeeping and accounts continues to be pivotal to Embodied ensuring all our financial and statutory obligations are fulfilled. With her tireless dedication to the business, Gail remains up to date with the changing requirements placed on small businesses and through her role as Partner at Carbon Group. Having Gail as our certified Bookkeeper has been a game changer for Embodied and her on-going commitment is extremely valued.
