Due to continued growth and expansion locally and internationally, our client is currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their highly successful business that services the mining and industrial sectors.
 
Highly focused with a success orientated approach to business, this company has strong working relationships with their clients and their world leading products ensure their ongoing growth and success.
 
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the duties will include:
 

  • Following up on warm leads generated through repeat business, web, emails, and incoming calls
  • Assisting in the generation of quotes to meet the client’s needs
  • Following up on quotes and recording all information in the CRM system
  • Preparing and presenting proposals via face to face client meetings
  • Assisting clients with additional information to meet their needs
  • Generate sales reports and achieving set KPI’s

 
This is a fast paced role that requires strong relationship building skills and the ability to provide solutions to meet the client’s needs including product specifications, pricing and speed of delivery.
