You will work with a diverse range of machinery, including large hoists, overhead cranes, and complete workshop fit-outs, assisting in troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and providing regular scheduled maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, fault finding, diagnosis, and service/mechanical repairs on a range of equipment such as vehicle service equipment, hoists, and lifts.
- Manage all site installations according to company requirements.
- Provide training and support to clients after the installation of new products.
- Conduct mechanical and hydraulic repairs as needed.
- Provide timely and detailed diagnostics and service reports.
Key Requirements:
- Willingness to travel interstate occasionally to support other Service Technicians.
- Previous experience in a maintenance or technical service role.
- Ability to read, review, and interpret maintenance and repair manuals, installation drawings, and manuals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- A professional approach to all aspects of your work.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong customer service skills.
