We are seeking an ambitious and a well-presented Senior Sales Professional to identify new business opportunities, whilst maintaining existing clients for a highly regarded and dynamic industry leading organisation. You will be the focal point of the company and will have the drive and dedication to create new opportunities within a desired working environment.
With continued growth within the civils, mining and commercial construction sectors, having strengths within these areas and the ability in forging strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create appointments with high end decision makers with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities related to civil, mining and commercial construction
- Be the first point of contact for solution opportunities, quoting, tender assistance and project assessments
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Attend conferences, seminars and exhibitions on behalf of the organisation
- Work collaboratively within a progressive team
- Perform site visits as required throughout the WA and NT region
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Key Requirements:
- Proven working experience in high end relationships within the civils, mining, industrial, commercial construction sectors
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Solid proficiency with MS Office and CRM software
- Sound time management and planning skills
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
