We are currently seeking a reliable and physically fit Pick Packer to join a fast-paced team based in Canning Vale. This role is with a well-established organisation specialising in the distribution of fresh produce.
 
You’ll be working on Monday, Thursday and one additional day per week (varies depending on workload), starting at 4:00am and finishing at 1:00pm (can be earlier depending on efficiency). You’ll be guaranteed 24 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours for the right candidate.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing fresh produce orders with accuracy and speed.
  • Ensuring all orders meet quality standards before dispatch.
  • Assisting in maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
  • Working proactively to ensure orders are completed efficiently.

Key Requirements:

  • Full Australian working rights required.
  • Physically fit and able to lift and move produce safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work early mornings and commit to the required hours.
  • No computer skills required – training and onboarding provided.
