An exciting opportunity to join a global leader that provides high end industrial solutions to the mining and heavy industry sectors.
Located at their Brisbane office, the role of Production and Field Service Scheduler is a pivotal role in ensuring the scheduling of field service technicians meet the insulation needs of clients nationally. You will be given full product training and ongoing support and development and work collaboratively with various Line Managers delivering exceptional high end customer service.
Duties will include:

  • Generate and maintain a list of orders for factories in multiple locations
  • Uploading jobs into the CRM Update / maintain workflow boards
  • Complete the scheduling sheet as per required despatch dates
  • Ensure orders are updated and the ETA’s are on schedule
  • Communicating with Management or Supervisors of any issues resulting in delays to orders
  • Maintaining schedule board with new and completed orders as they occur
  • Reporting any order delays to internal sales and the customer service teams
  • Providing ETA’s to internal sales and the customer service team
  • Develop new systems and maintain as required
  • Completing timesheets accurately for field service staff and send for approval to Payroll

To be successful in this role you must have a high level of organisational skills and take pride in delivering high end customer service.
