This dynamic IT Service Provider is seeking a highly organised Service Coordinator to join their team. Within their beautiful offices in Osborne Park, you will be offer great working conditions, an opportunity to continuously learn and develop, onsite parking and other ongoing perks.
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, your duties will include:
- Scheduling and assigning service request received via phone, email and customer portals
- Logging jobs into the ticketing system and allocating jobs to the technical team
- Ensuring clients are receiving high end service and service level agreements (SLA) are being met
- Ensuring clients are kept up to date with proposed outcomes and timeframes on outstanding tickets
- Receipting of goods and dispatching to clients sites
- Day to day administrative tasks
- Assist Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director with adhoc projects
This is a varied and fast paced role that requires someone who is highly organised, has exceptional attention to detail, and can multi task whilst building strong rapport with clients and internal staff.
To be successful in the role, an interest in IT would be advantageous but not essential, most important is a can do attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work cohesively in a team that is focused on customer satisfaction and outcomes.
