As a Internal Sales Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling sales order entry to ensure smooth operations.
- Sourcing products for clients to meet their requirements.
- Managing credits and returns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilising the CRM system to enter clients information accurately.
- Responding to customers enquiries via email and phone and providing helpful assistance.
- Proactively following up on sales orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with backorder management through effective communication with clients.
- Resolving complaints and errors in a professional and efficient manner.
