This dynamic industry leading, second generation family owned business is seeking the skills of an Installer, working closely with the internal teams and clients.
With a combination of commercial and residential clients, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects which include hotels, premium homes, development projects and new builds to name a few.
This is a hands-on role, offering variety in your day and the opportunity to work with a premium Australian made range of products.
Duties and skills will include:
- Professionally install and maintain a variety of window furnishings, including blinds (motorised and manual), curtains and tracks, wooden shutters and shears
- Ensure a high standard of workmanship and customer service on every installation
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements
- Problem-solve and troubleshoot on-site as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment
- Utilising your strong practical and technical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ensure a high level of customer service resulting in repeat business and referrals
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Current driver’s licence
You will be joining at an exciting time in the business with the building and expansion of their state of the art manufacturing facility. Your adaptability and willingness to lend a hand wherever needed in the business will see your skills develop in other aspects of the business, not just in installations.
Previous experience in Carpentry with a mechanical aptitude would be advantageous however most important is a great attitude, ability to use various tools of the trade and the desire to be part of a successful family orientated company culture.
