We are seeking Painter Blasters to join a Lake Grace-based fabrication and engineering business specialising in agricultural equipment. This role suits someone who takes pride in surface preparation and finishing quality, enjoys hands-on work, and is open to regional travel or relocation.

Working on high-quality agricultural machinery, including seed and fertiliser bins, augers, and liquid carts, this position offers $50–$60 per hour depending on experience and includes DIDO from Perth with travel time paid, plus accommodation.

Training and mentoring are available for junior applicants with a “can-do” attitude, and flexible arrangements such as 2-week-on, 1-week-off, as well as relocation options, can be considered. 482 visa holders are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sandblasting, surface preparation, and industrial painting of agricultural machinery
  • Mixing and applying protective coatings and paints to metal surfaces
  • Performing touch-ups, masking, and finishing work to a high standard
  • Maintaining spray booths, blasting areas, and associated equipment
  • Following safety procedures, quality standards, and environmental guidelines

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in industrial or heavy equipment painting/blasting preferred
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Confined Space / Working at Heights tickets – advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
  • Willingness to learn and take on new skills
