A great opportunity for an Office Administrator who is hungry to learn and develop new skills within a progressive and dynamic company based in the CBD.

Seeking an Office Administrator to join their team, you will be welcomed into a brilliant company culture that is collaborative, and team orientated.  With a success orientated mindset, this company is customer centric and solutions focused and is looking for a new team member who shares those values.
 
Duties will include:

  • Processing invoices and raising quotes
  • Following up on purchase orders and matching them to invoices
  • Entering orders into the HubSpot system
  • Liaising with clients on overdue invoices
  • Booking flights and arranging car hire / accommodation for Sales Reps
  • Answer incoming calls and redirect if needed to the appropriate department
  • Coordinating corporate promotional packs for clients
  • Arranging catering for client meetings and events
  • Assisting with client queries and finding solutions to their needs
  • Attend weekly and monthly meetings
  • Proactively seek opportunities to develop product knowledge

 
To be successful in this role you will have a can do and positive attitude, be a team player, be proactive and always be willing to help others. Your strong attention to detail and organisational skills will complement your hunger to learn and develop in your chosen career.
