Duties will include:
- Processing invoices and raising quotes
- Following up on purchase orders and matching them to invoices
- Entering orders into the HubSpot system
- Liaising with clients on overdue invoices
- Booking flights and arranging car hire / accommodation for Sales Reps
- Answer incoming calls and redirect if needed to the appropriate department
- Coordinating corporate promotional packs for clients
- Arranging catering for client meetings and events
- Assisting with client queries and finding solutions to their needs
- Attend weekly and monthly meetings
- Proactively seek opportunities to develop product knowledge
