Seeking a skilled Showroom Consultant with a flair for Interior Decor to join this highly successful second generation business that leads the way in their industry.
This is a rare opportunity to utilise your creative flair within a locally owned business that is dynamic and innovative and has a strong following and repeat business from homeowners, builders, architects and designers.
Being the “Face of the Showroom”, your duties will include:
- Managing and responding to incoming queries
- Qualifying leads for showroom appointments
- Arranging consultation appointments with customers in the showroom
- Booking qualified in-home appointments for the sales reps
- Understanding the customer’s needs and visions and presenting concepts and solutions
- Ongoing training on Interior Decor products and solutions
- Converting consultations into sales
- Generating reports for management
- Liaise with production on lead times and product availability
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, architects and designers
To be successful in this role you will have a proven ability to build rapport with customers with a consultative approach that resonates trust and expertise. You will be able to draw on your previous sales knowledge whilst offering high end customer service.
The hours are 9am – 5pm, Tuesday to Saturday however there is some flexibility if you prefer a day off other than the Monday. Saturday’s are a necessity due to the high demand for showroom appointments.
