We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to take ownership of the WA operations of a leading supplier of industrial pumping and fluid handling solutions servicing the mining, industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Based in Malaga, this is a hands-on, commercially driven leadership role requiring a strong focus on sales performance and business growth, actively supporting Business Development Managers to achieve and exceed WA sales targets.

You will manage a team across sales, service, operations and administration, with responsibility for driving performance, development and culture across the branch. As the business continues to grow, you will also play a key role in onboarding new team members to support increasing demand. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the overall performance of the WA branch across sales, service, warehouse and operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee warehouse, logistics and service operations to ensure high levels of efficiency, safety and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the National Sales & Marketing team on quotations, pricing strategies, procurement and major project opportunities.
  • Monitor branch performance across sales, operational efficiency, profitability and customer outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes and safety standards.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and contribute to the strategic direction of the business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Branch Management, Sales Management or Operations Management within an industrial, engineering, technical or distribution environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and delivering sustained business growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing both sales performance and operational outcomes.
  • Experience overseeing warehouse, service or workshop operations will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive and hands-on leadership style with a strong focus on customer service, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
