Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join a successful construction company delivering turnkey building solutions across Western Australia. Based in Northam and Bellevue, this organisation specialises in the design, manufacture and delivery of residential homes in as little as 15 weeks.
Working closely with the Project Managers and senior leadership team, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects from contract award through to completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with contract administration across multiple construction projects from commencement through to completion.
• Support Project Managers with project coordination, scheduling and reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate records relating to contracts, subcontractors, suppliers and project activities.
• Coordinate Shire approvals and service connections.
• Review and improve contract administration processes, systems and procedures.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual requirements, timelines and budgets.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator, Project Administrator or similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, clients and subcontractors.
• High attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Sound understanding of construction contracts, variations and project financials.
• Permanent Australian working rights.
