We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager for a leading WA-owned facility services provider specialising in commercial cleaning, hygiene, laundry, and linen management. This road-based role offers uncapped commission, a company vehicle or allowance, and the autonomy to manage your own pipeline.
The successful candidate will be provided with leads from the in-house lead generator and will focus on winning new business, managing key accounts, and tendering for government and large commercial contracts across sectors, including aged care, healthcare, education, offices, shopping centres, and hospitality throughout Perth and regional WA.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across target sectors
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and market research
• Lead the preparation and submission of tender responses, including government contracts
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Track and report on pipeline performance, forecasts, and sales KPIs
Key Requirements:
• Proven B2B sales experience in commercial cleaning or facilities services
• Experience with tenders and contract negotiation is highly regarded
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across WA
• Australian permanent residency or citizenship
