Join an Award Winning WA Home Builder

An established Western Australian-owned residential builder is looking for an organised and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to join its friendly team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service experience who enjoys building relationships, coordinating multiple tasks and keeping things running smoothly. While experience in the building industry would be beneficial, it’s not essential—we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.

The Opportunity
As the Client Services Coordinator, you’ll become the main point of contact for clients as they move through the exciting journey of building their new home.
If you’re someone who enjoys helping people, thrives on organisation and takes pride in providing exceptional service, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for clients throughout their building journey.
  • Coordinate documentation, applications, approvals and project paperwork.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, local authorities and internal team members.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate project milestones.
  • Prepare contracts, reports, quotations and other project documentation.
  • Keep clients informed with regular updates and respond to enquiries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is completed correctly.
  • Assist with improving internal processes and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Support the wider team with administrative and project coordination tasks.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

About You
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and has a natural ability to stay organised.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Previous experience in an administration, customer service, office coordination or project support role.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work.
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for providing great customer service.

No previous residential construction experience? That’s perfectly okay. If you’re an organised administrator with excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn, full training and support will be there to help you succeed.

To apply, please send your resume to Heidi Gamble via the link provided or call on 0411 082 345 to discuss the role in more depth.
