We are seeking a mechanically minded Field Service Technician to join their growing team and provide technical support, servicing, and installation expertise across WA.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working hands-on with heavy equipment. You will be provided with a fully maintained company vehicle, tools of the trade, and the opportunity to travel while supporting a diverse range of customers and projects throughout WA and Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, fault finding, diagnosis, installs and service/mechanical repairs on a range of equipment such as vehicle service equipment, hoists, and lifts.
- Manage all site installations according to company requirements.
- Provide training and support to clients after the installation of new products.
- Conduct mechanical and hydraulic repairs as needed.
- Provide timely and detailed diagnostics and service reports.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a maintenance or technical service role.
- Ability to read, review, and interpret maintenance and repair manuals, installation drawings, and manuals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- A professional approach to all aspects of your work.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong customer service skills.
