Due to continued growth and expansion nationally, our client is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator to join their successful business that services the mining, defence, construction and heavy industrial sectors.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the duties will include:
- Following up on warm leads generated through repeat business, website, emails, and incoming calls
- Manage the internal sales email inbox
- Generation of quotes for clients
- Following up on quotes and recording all information in the CRM system
- Assisting clients with additional information to meet their needs
- Proactively promote products that fulfill client’s requirements
- Liaising with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to support the sales process
- Attend daily and weekly meetings, updating the team on client requests
- Assist with process improvement and updating internal systems
- Develop product knowledge ensuring you can support clients with relevant product information
This is a fast paced role that requires strong communication and relationship building skills and the ability to provide solutions to meet the client’s needs including product specifications, pricing and speed of delivery.
