This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced National Sales Manager to join a leading Australian business specialising in turnkey workshop solutions for the heavy vehicle, mining, and industrial sectors.
The company delivers large-scale workshop projects and capital equipment solutions from concept and design through to delivery and ongoing customer support. Due to continued national growth, they are seeking a senior sales leader to drive sales performance across Australia while remaining actively involved in key customer relationships and major project opportunities.
Reporting directly to the General Manager and forming part of the Executive Leadership Team, this is a genuine leadership role with strong influence across the future growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a national sales team
- Drive sales performance, accountability, and forecasting
- Support major capital equipment and project-based sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth initiatives
- Assist with coaching BDMs and strategic customer meetings nationally
Key Requirements
- Proven experience leading sales teams within capital equipment, technical sales, or industrial environments
- Strong leadership and team development capability
- Experience selling high-value equipment or project solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, commercially focused, and results-driven approach
- Comfortable travelling interstate approximately one week per month
