We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join an industry-leading organisation as a Service Scheduler. Specialising in providing high-quality workshop solutions for the mining, transport and defence sector, this role will play a pivotal part in scheduling the technician team throughout Australia.
Located in Heathwood, you will be welcomed into an experienced team and be provided with all the necessary systems training. To be successful in this position, you will need to have a high level of attention to detail and enjoy coordinating technicians.
Reporting to the Service Administration Manager, your role will be vital in enhancing the end-to-end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently plan and schedule service appointments for technicians to service heavy vehicle workshops.
- Oversee maintenance of warranties and post-service care, addressing customer concerns promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring an ongoing positive customer experience throughout the service process.
- Collect customer feedback and follow through on necessary actions to continually improve service quality.
- Proactively identify and address issues to eliminate delays in repairs, warranty claims and servicing, collaborating closely with technicians, manufacturing, production, and sales teams.
- Maximise Technicians time and routes to eliminate loss of productivity
- Completed costing reports of scheduled works as required
- Maintain the CRM database and scheduling software

- Demonstrate initiative and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Enjoy multi tasking in a customer focused environment
- Comfortable with client interactions, fostering positive communication between production, third parties, and stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Able to ask probing questions to advise technicians of servicing requirements
- Build strong relationships with Technicians
